Inspirational shelf ideas for book addicts!
Published in: Architecture, Home Decor on June 9, 2021
Although we live in the digital world, nothing surpasses the feeling of a good book in the hands. And we want to show our favorite books in a comfortable, personal and unique place. While public and university libraries are frequently large and beautiful, private libraries are smaller and more intimate (but no less beautiful). The space can be formal and elegant, or colorful and cozy. An elegant focal point, like a fireplace, a desk or a cozy seating area, keeps things as interesting as books on the shelves.
Here, we have gathered some of our favorite libraries of our files to help you create your own literary retreat. To buy one for you. Take a look at this amazing variety of bookstores to get some ideas for your account.
The invisible shelf
This bookshelf, which can contain up to 15 pounds of books, screws right on a wall stallion, creating an invisible shelf! The height of the stack is limited to 16 inches. All you will need is a screwdriver. The hidden shelf is creative, inspiring and unique, and has already won design awards.
Balanced shelving.
Balance is a piece of single furniture with cantilevered modules stacked over another at a single point at an angle that quickly calls attention by producing a feeling of fun and surprise. While its compartments seem to float in the air, the balance can handle more than 120 pounds of weight, and its various modules allow you to keep books and magazines organized in an elegant inclined position that avoids the need for reservations.
Bidder shelving
The Kartell Bookworm shelf combines the art of an artist with the technology of a world-class company. A comprehensive examination of extrusion technology has resulted in the development of a curved shelf that can assume any desired form while maintaining strength and utility, an industrial scale library design that can be truly considered the most creative and innovative of the world.
Book chair.
The book seat is a simple library that bends and becomes a whimsical seat. Innovative design is a reaction to the appearance of multifunctional areas in today’s urban lifestyle. One of the “ten Must-Sees” in the Toronto 2008 International Design Program, and winner of the exceptional design in the Montreal 2008 International Design Program, Sidim.
Labeling shelving
A simple approach to labeling your books as “has been read” or “will be read”. When we look at a regular shelf, we see a monotonous pile of books that are all mixed. Even when we bought a new book with the purpose of reading it later, it is quickly forgotten behind this book Jumble.
